In the Izium Center for Primary Medical Care, a new doctor has started working - Iryna Viktorivna Astrakhova.

This was reported on the official Facebook page of the Izium City Military Administration.

The doctor provides primary medical care to adults and children, conducts consultations, preventive measures, and issues referrals for examinations and consultations with specialized specialists.

Currently, Iryna Viktorivna is accepting new patients, so anyone interested can sign a declaration and choose her as their family doctor.

The following documents are required for signing the declaration:

1. Passport

2. Taxpayer Identification Number (identification code)

3. Mobile phone number

For children:

1. Birth certificate

2. Passport and identification code of one parent (or legal representative).
